The sheet is heated from both the top and bottom to 170-210°C.

Even heat distribution is critical. Our machines use quartz or halogen heaters to ensure the thermoplastic sheet becomes perfectly pliable without degrading its structural integrity. We heat from both sides simultaneously for optimal consistency and speed.
